We are using Netviewer to support our customers.
When you are in contact with our personell, you can click on "Netviewer Session". Once inside will be asked for a 'Session number' that you will recive from us. Customers with a valid serviceagreement can log on to the ServiceNetwork and download the latest updates, versions and supplier specific component databases.

• 1.6 GHz CPU or higher
• at least 1 GB of RAM or more. 200 dokumenter/prosjekt)">2 GB RAM recommended for Vista or large projects (> 200 documents / project)
• 19 "screen or larger, 1280x1024, 'True Color' or 'Wide Screen'; alternatively 2-screen solution
• 3-button 'wheel-mouse "
• DVD-ROM drive (for installation)
• at least 1GB of free hard disk (for normal installation)
• No special requirements for graphics cards
